As such a tool, it has to be used very carefully and thoughtfully. In this text we shall see two of the most significant variations of this exercise.

PSP (Process-Stage-Praxis) is an approach for embodied interaction, that I devised since 2006. PSP is NOT an autonomous psychotherapeutic modality or some form of art-therapy and PSP does not substitute professional training in any psychotherapeutic modality.
